The Woods Road Club Steps to Recovery, Inc., a non-profit corporation, has been established to work with professionals and institutions involved with alcoholics and addicts and to provide meeting facilities for the various Twelve Step Recovery Groups.

Our mission is to liaison with the court system, the medical professions, the community treatment facilities, and the correctional institutions to facilitate the transition of alcoholics and addicts to 12 Step Groups. We will provide a facility, West of Katy, that will help minimize the problems encountered by existing or new twelve step groups working with alcoholics, addicts and their families with affordable meeting space, open 365 days a year to support active 12 step work and with additional space to use for other recovery activities.

Our vision is to accomplish this with enthusiasm, integrity, humility and an innovative spirit. We want to be of maximum service to God and to the recovering alcoholics and addicts while following the Alcoholics Anonymous Traditions as closely as possible. Finally, the Woods Road Club wants to keep on the firing line of life and be a part of the growth of 12 step recovery programs in our area.

The Club is a non-smoking facility. The non-smoking policy also includes what are commonly referred to as E-Cigarettes or any form of vapor products. However, smoking will be allowed 50' from the Club doors.
